 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS in the sale section of our website. No returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

 Regular priced purchases may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase as long as they are in the original package and free from stains, rips, smells, and are unworn. * Shipping fees are non-refundable. *

 Absolutely no exchanges after 14 days from receiving your package in the mail. Dusty Rose Boutique reserves the right to refuse for an exchange based on the above criteria. Returns for an exchange may be returned to our location or shipped back to us by the purchaser. Dusty Rose Boutique is not responsible for shipping the item to our location for a return or exchange.

If you receive a damaged item or would like to exchange for another size, reach out via email with photos or reason and we will take care of you. 

 Jewelry, Shoe, Personalized items and Bralette purchases are final sales. No returns for store credit, refunds or exchanges due to the nature of the product. No exceptions.

All in person purchases are final sale and not eligible for exchanges.

Dusty Rose Boutique offers shipping to the USA only at this time.  

Dusty Rose Boutique shipping fees are free for any online order.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for shipped orders to go out. For Personalized items, please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be made and shipped. A tracking number will be provided once your order is packaged and waiting on mail service pickup. Dusty Rose Boutique is not responsible for your package once it leaves our office and you have received your tracking number.
